About Laurie Wilson, Ph.D.
A practicing New York City psychoanalyst, art therapist, art historian and author, Dr. Wilson is also Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at New York University Medical Center, a faculty member of the Psychoanalytic Institute affiliated with New York University Medical Center, and Professor Emerita of Art Therapy at New York University.
She is the author of Alberto Giacometti: Myth, Magic and the Man published by Yale University Press.
She is currently writing a biography of the artist Louise Nevelson.
